- When will my order ship? Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (ie Monday – Saturday). Some orders, such as customized/personalized orders, or pre-order items, may take longer.We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. Once an order is shipped, we will unfortunately not be able to make any changes to your order.
- Through what carrier do you ship? We use Aramex, Bluedart, Wow Express, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Speedpost for all domestic pincodes .You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with a Tracking Number.You will also be notified when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to selected countries. Please click here to view our International Order policies. If you can’t see your country in the list, then please call/whatsapp us at 91- 8905470981 and we will provide you with shipping rates and transit times.
- Will someone call me before delivering the shipment? While we cannot provide any guarantees on behalf of third party logistics firms, we will send you an email and SMS when your parcel is out for delivery in your local area. We will also constantly follow up on your behalf with the logistics firms towards ensuring that your item is delivered to you at the earliest. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are facing any issues with the receipt of your parcel.
Returns, Cancellations and Exchange
- I’d like to cancel something I’d bought: We can only accept requests for cancellations before an order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched and you would like to cancel it, please call/whatsapp us at 91- 8905470981 .
- Can I exchange an item with another one on your website? Currently, we are not able to process any exchanges. If you’d like a replacement for the same item, please whatsapp / call us on 91-8905470981 .
- I want something that’s sold out! What should I do? You can simply contact us on whatsapp / call 91-8905470981 . If we’re able to restock that item, you’ll be sure to get a call or email from us!
Payment and Billing
- What modes of payment do you accept?We accept Debit and Credit Cards for Visa/MasterCard/AMEX, NetBanking, UPI, Tez . For international orders, we only accept credit card payments, which are processed in Indian National Rupees (INR).
